Private Pay Services​

Needing personal care, respite care, or nursing services but don't currently qualify for our Medicaid or Veteran-Directed Care options? Consider paying a flat rate per hour* for services rendered and be guaranteed a skilled caregiver during your desired schedule! Our private pay caregivers are highly trained and have experience in the home care field and can assist with the same level of personal care and respite services that our CDS (Consumer-Directed) and IHS (In-Home) clients receive!

Private pay clients can have assistance with the following:

Bathing, dressing/grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, making beds/changing linens, laundry (on or off-site), meal preparation and cleanup, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, or other household room, transportation to/from doctor's appointments or other shopping/errands needed, cleaning the floors, and taking out trash - Since the LIFE Center is a non-profit organization we can only charge the same flat rate per/hour paid by Medicaid*!  You get flexibility with scheduling your caregiver - have them come as often or as little as you'd like! Schedules do not need to be regularly occurring. Perhaps you just need someone to check in on you (or a loved one) once or twice a day, or how about overnight supervision to ensure safety or 24/7 assistance.  **Our respite services offer an opportunity to relieve family stress by providing a watchful eye and companionship for a dependent family member who requires 24 hour care.

We have several years of experience with all of these services!

We also provide nursing visits where a licensed nurse can do medication set-up, check vitals, and re-order medications (if needed). Nail care and skin monitoring can also be provided during a nurse visit. Our highly-experienced nursing staff will work in conjunction with your doctor to provide the best care possible!

All private pay clients can elect to pay their bill by debit or credit card, PayPal, Venmo, US Bank (ACH) or by check through our website portal.  Just click the Private Pay button below.
