The Missouri Centers for Independent Living (MOCIL) is a non-profit organization that covers all 114 counties across the state of Missouri. These centers can be found on the Locations page of their website.

Founded in 2008, DEAF, Inc. is a deaf-centric, community-based nonprofit organization located in St. Louis, Missouri. Dedicated to promoting communication access, DEAF, Inc. serves the deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind, and hearing community. Whether you're seeking resources (ALS interpreters), support, or simply a sense of community, DEAF, Inc. would be a great resource for you.

Elderly/disabled patients WITHOUT a home care provider can call the L.I.F.E., Inc. office at 573-756-4314 to complete an intake to see if you qualify.

The St. Francois County Board for the Developmentally Disabled is a political subdivision which is enabled by the citizens of St. Francois County to provide and/or contract for services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The mission of Southeast Missouri Transportation Service is to provide Clean, Safe and Reliable Transportation. The Missouri Department of Transportation provides money for operation and administration in the form of direct grants. Other sources of revenue include contracts for service with Area Agencies on Aging. These contracts provide each rider with the opportunity to make a contribution toward their ride. All rider contributions are confidential.

The aging and disability networks are made up of local, state, and national organizations and committed advocates working to support older adults and people with disabilities. Some organizations focus on a particular type of disability, age group, or type of service, whereas others have a more comprehensive mission.
